Goal:

To provide a clean well maintained property and facility for our guests. To always have the best interest of the guest and property in mind. Act in a professional manner while in uniform. Prioritize work orders, do repairs accurately to the highest standards the first time (no quick fixes), complete each job to the fullest prior to going on to the next job. Keep a clean, very organized shop, etc..

Qualifications:

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license and insurance

Duties:

Grounds keeping, mowing, trimming, weeding, etc..
Sweeping, pick up trash
Paint, prep and clean up
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Sheetrock repair, wallpaper repair
Moving, lifting heavy objects 100 lbs
Pool maintenance
Carpet shampooing, cleaning
General maintenance
Snow shoveling / plowing

Dress Code:

Clean and crisp always
Black slacks, solid color collared shirt, closed toe shoes/boots
Hair combed and professionally styled
Provided: Vest, name tag

Pay:

$9.04 - $14.00 per hour - depending on experience
