Open 24 hours a day

Reservations/Cancellations

Check-In time 4:00PM; local hotel time, day of reservation arrival.
Check-Out time 11:00AM; local hotel time, day of reservation departure.

Be sure to register all room occupants [due to]:
(a) fire code requirements,
(b) we will not give keys/room access to persons not registered if access is lost,
(c) to obtain use of facilities and services such as hot breakfast.

Cancellation policy for individual reservations - before 4:00PM local hotel time to avoid a one night charge.
Groups of 5-10 rooms must be cancelled 7 full days prior to check-in time to avoid a one night charge per room.
Groups of 10 or more rooms must cancel 30 days prior to check-in time to avoid a one night charge per room. If leaving a day early, let us know before 11:00AM on the new date of departure.

Guarantee Policy

The purpose of a guarantee is a verbal contract; we agree to hold a room/rooms for our guests until 7:00AM the day after arrival, whether they show up or not; as such, they agree to pay for said room(s).
Valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required to reserve a room.
The credit card must be swiped in person at check-in, along with obtaining a copy of valid identification.
If credit card is not in the guest's name - its owner will need to be at check-in or fax a filled-out copy of our credit card authorization form to us.

Do Not Disturb

For safety and security, we will enter your room every day.
Should you display your Do Not Disturb sign, we will not clean your room, but will enter it for maintenance, health, and safety reasons.

Services

Pool and Hot Tub available from 9:00AM-10:00PM. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by guardian. Teens aged 13-17 must have at least two persons aged 13+ while in use. No glass, food, or alcohol in pool area. Use precautions and discresion as no life guard is on duty.

Hot Breakfast Buffet served from 6:30AM-9:30AM complimentary to registered guests, $12.95 to non-registered guests.

Fitness Center for guests over 18 years of age or with accompanying guardian, from 6:00AM-10:00PM.

Coin-Operated laundry room available on-site from 6:00AM-12:00AM (midnight).

Ice machines, soda machines, and vending machines available on each floor.

Coffee and Tea available in lobby 24 hours a day.

Safe Deposit boxes available through front desk.

Parking is complimentary, be sure to register with front desk.
While the parking lot is well lit, and regularly walked - hotel is not responsible for theft or damage.
Please remove all visible and valuable items from your vehicle - safes are available.
Police department drives through parking lot at random, please do not be offended (additionally, be sure handicap stickers are visible if parked in such a space)

Hotel Policies

No pets allowed - except for life-function service animals, must be registered at desk.

100% non-smoking policy, should you or any of your guests choose to smoke in your room, you will be charged a $350.00 cleaning/odor removal fee.
Exterior smoking areas provided.

Video recording of public areas in progress at all times.

Special Rates/Discounts/Promos

Not all rates are available at all times, and may be limited due to availability. Rates (present and future) are subject to change without notice until room(s) are reserved within our guarantee policy. To be eligible for discount rates, proof of membership to a discount program must be presented at check-in (even when reserved as part of said membership).

Government/Military

To be eligible for government or military discount, guests must comply with all of the following:
(a) be a current or past member of an official government organization OR be the dependent of a military member with travel orders (government contracted labor does not count unless government travel orders are presented),
(b) be on official business, and
(c) show government affiliation (such as military/government ID or travel orders).

While we have no blackout dates for this program - rates are subject to change until reserved under our guarantee policy, and are limited by room availability.
